The pcr tyre mould , usually are segments mould , were put into container , work with curing press together ,by mould then tyre have different tread pattern and sidewall marks ;
MATERIAL AND PROCESS FOR THIS :
Usually is alumieum. by low pressure casting to make segments. also some pattern use 5 axis cnc mill machine to make.

Steel mould have long life , less maintance cost . can be repaired easily .
